Small scale planting with natural bed edges. Typically includes one specimen tree with a mix of shrubs and perennials. Includes mulch or riverstone. In this price range, typically focused on one side of home. (Example - Front Foundation Planting)
8K - 15K
Mid Sized planting with natural bed edges. Includes more than (1) specimen tree with a mix of shrubs and perennials in several bed areas or on several sides of home. Would include mulch or riverstone, and could include flagstone steppers.
15K-50K
Extensive Planting throughout the property. Includes various beds, foundation and island beds with a mix of plant material. Often includes evergreen screening material along property lines. Could incorporate mulch, riverstone, or both. Flagstone steppers and/or sandstone curbing are both options.

Typically 40+ LED low voltage fixtures OR the addition of ZDC (Zoning, Dimming, Color) Fixtures. Extensive lighting of the entire property. Includes transformer with a numerous pathway lights, uplight fixtures on structures and trees, statures, columns etc. Could also include undercap lights and other specialty accent/architectural lighting. Systems of this size can be controlled via smartphone app to control dimming and color options.

Basic wood burning firepit to create a simple gathering spot. Pit will be constructed with block in either a circle or square design to best fit space. Includes basic steel insert.

Smokeless insert reduces the need to move around firepit to escape annoying smoke. Wood burning pit will be constructed, either circle or square, out of block and includes the smokeless insert. Options for either a black painted or stainless steel insert.

32K-50K
Shoreline that is higher than 4' above the water level and requires more than one layer of boulders. Could include multiple steps, or even a small patio landing space to make access in and out of water easy.
