New Lawn Installation

Whether you just built a home that needs a lawn or are in an older home that just needs a lawn renovation, you’ve come to the right place. Over the years, we’ve done many new lawn installation jobs. Our experienced so installers will get you that new lawn you need in just a day or two!
Here at Gilliland Landscape, we strive to do everything with the utmost of care and professionalism. When we install a new lawn we take careful care to do everything necessary to insure you’ll have a healthy lawn for years to come. Here’s how the process works:
We start by analyzing you existing topsoil for nutrient deficiencies. We can then make recommendations about adding additional topsoil or amending your current soil. These amendments help with drainage and give your soil the right nutrition that a new lawn needs.
You can then decide whether you want your lawn seeded or sod installed. If you are looking for instant results or don’t have time to wait for a lush lawn to establish, then sod is probably your best option. If you have more patience or a tighter budget, seeding is the most realistic choice.
If you already have an old lawn that you want replaced, we’ll come in first and kill off that old lawn and remove it before starting the process above.
